I really want to express my appreciation for all the help that Tammy Kozari and Debbie Kozari have given my husband and I during our move from Edmonton, Alberta to Penticton. Tammy(our main contact) has been extremely patient and helpful during a very stressful move. She has gone the “extra mile” to help us find our home and make us feel comfortable and welcome in a city we were totally unfamiliar with. Not only did she send us listings of properties, she also went to those properties we were interested in, took extra photos and gathered information she felt we needed to help us choose our new home. This was all done long distance – only through phone calls and emails did she learn what we wanted, and she succeeded in finding the perfect place in the price range we were happy with. We made a quick trip out here a few months ago to finalize our purchase. When we had to leave, Debbie picked us up and drove us to the bus depot as we had no vehicle. They are a great team. Debbie gave us the keys to our new home because Tammy was leaving for a much deserved short vacation. Several days after moving, Tammy came over and gave us a very thoughtful gift from both mother and daughter – a beautiful ice bucket with Champagne, glasses, chocolate truffles, candle holders complete with candles, pretty flower, napkins… all beautifully wrapped…a very nice welcome. I previously mentioned it was a stressful move – we ran into many snags(none of which were her problem) but Tammy has a very rare knack of “listening” and smoothing things over which makes everything feel good. That was done naturally and professionally. We wanted to commend them both and let you know how sincere and professional (as well as very thoughtful) they are… I’m sure you already know this, but we feel it’s important to let you know how we feel. When someone moves here from another part of the country, the first impression is so very important and I have a great impression of Penticton and the people that live here because of the way that both Tammy and Debbie treated us!
